    This is a copy of the test pressing for the very limited first run of Submersion Therapy which sold out a few weeks ago. There are 2 available and will be marked up as TP1 and TP2. The albums will come with a label, a sleeve and cover very similar to the one with the first run and will also include the lyric sheet and complimentary badge.

The "Submersion Therapy" collection of 9 songs are the first original tracks from Negative Response since 1983. This collection uses many of the methods used in previous recordings, mainly second hand recording equipment and synths. This album has been made using a Boss BR8 zip file 8 track recorder. This is very much a DIY affair with covers, inserts and labels being home made.

Negative Response began in1980. Inspired by the DIY punk ethic, the project used the cheaper lofi electronic kit available in the early 80s. Negative Response released its début cassette album, "Is It True!" in 1981 on its own Negative Products label. This was followed in1982 by "One Day". I983 saw a 3rd cassette album, "Shapes of Things to Come. Tracks from these albums are now on compilations. ... more
